We are now looking for an IT Assistant at Ludvigsborg School.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Assistant, you will be the support for IT issues within the operations. You will represent the operations in IT-related matters and participate in coordination meetings with other representatives from the Department of Education and the municipality's IT department. You will work with support cases regarding staff and student computers, printers, projectors, sound systems, and other peripheral equipment.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Support for staff and students
• Regular oversight and some installation of the operations' technical equipment
• Ordering IT equipment and license management
• Account administration

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education in IT, a strong interest in computers, and good IT skills. You should also have good knowledge of the following areas:

• Windows 10
• Office 365
• Google Classroom
• Chromebooks and PCs
• iPads and Apple products

For this position, you need to have a B driver's license.

Previous work experience in similar fields is an advantage.

As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility, have a high degree of personal maturity, and are service-oriented. You are interested in IT issues, solution-focused, and able to handle stress. You have the ability to be creative and find solutions to unforeseen problems and take great responsibility for ensuring that the operations' IT equipment functions properly.
